The minimum group size is 10. The maximum group size is 40.

Full refunds (less a non-refundable $150 credit card refund fee) will be made if written cancellation is received at least 120 days before departure. Cancellations received between 75-119 days before departure will be subject to a cancellation fee of $1,500 per person. Cancellations received between 45-74 days before departure will be subject to a cancellation fee of $2,500, plus any applicable airline ticket cancellation charges. No refunds are made for cancellations within 44 days. 
The trip includes a studio room, which has a separate seating area. Upgrades are available if you prefer a one or two-bedroom suite.
