Bristol Riverside Theatre is happy to donate complimentary ticket vouchers to select organizations for fundraising events. Organizations must be 501(c)(3) non-profit to receive a voucher from BRT. Please fill out this form in its entirety and review the terms and conditions. Once you have submitted the form, we will do our best to respond to you in a timely manner. Please do not call the box office to follow up on your request.

The show the voucher is good for is up to the discretion of BRT. If you would like to request a specific show, we will do our best to honor your request. If your event falls outside of our announced lineup of shows, please know that your request may be placed on a hold until the next season lineup is announced.

Requests must be received at least 45 days prior to your event.

Vouchers are only provided to 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations.

Delivery of Donation Item: Once your entry is reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email. Based on your delivery preference, we will either mail the voucher to the address provided, or arrange for a representative from your organization to pick up the voucher from the box office. We are unable to email vouchers.

Redemption: Vouchers may only be redeemed for two tickets to one Bristol Riverside Theatre performance in the show specified on the voucher. Specific performance and seating is based on availability, but we do our best to work with the voucher winner to fulfill any specific requests.

Vouchers cannot be redeemed for credit or cash.

Vouchers expire at the end of the show in which they are issued.
